Combination Resume is a type of resume which is advisable to use. It combines both chronological and functional. Its difference with choronological format is it's easy to follow. That's the reason why manager prefer reading resume in chronological format. This type of resume may possess consistency and progress in your chosen industry specially if you have been in the same position.

The question now is what if you've been in different field of works. Not to mention the reasons to pay for bills, house maintenance and other liabilities. It only means that you'll be needing to be dispossing off your antic resume in the bin and make a fresh start. Make highlights in your resume to flash off your credibility as an employee.

Indicating what position you are applying to is what should be first in your resume. Also include your past employment which is related to what you are applying for in the present. Show the relevance of your jobs before to what you are seeking into. This helps convince the hiring manager that your are really worth for the job. You also use keywords relating to your skills so that the employer could track you immediately. It would also be better if you'll be indicating your experiences in some functional sections.

You should be categorizing your skill according to what job you are applying for in the company depending on with the past job experiences you have if its related. Its better if you'll be having at least two categories two to three categories to prove how rounded you are. Make a list of the companies, location and job title.

A resume you always show emphasis. This how a company will be judging your capabilities. If possible if provide the necessary information to answer the company's question. Make your resume neat as possible. Use uniform font styles.

| Lowongan Kerja | 5 Resume Tips That Will Transform Your Resume

Writing a resume is a difficult process because it requires a specific set of skills that we do not all possess and because it demands that we look at ourselves and our past accomplishments from an objective standpoint. That being said, following are 5 resume writing tips that, if you decide to implement, will help you improve your resume substantially:

1) Take the time to look back at your career accomplishments and put things in perspective. Try to recollect what you did, go through projects that you have done, look at memos you wrote, brainstorm, etc.

2) Only apply to positions that you really want. If you don't really want a job, you will subconsciously not put in the effort to prepare a good application. Also, applying to fewer jobs means that you can spend more time tailoring each application that you send out.

3) Structure your resume by being clear in terms of how you present your qualifications and by putting in evidence the skills that are most relevant to the position. Recruiters have a very short attention span. In other words, they are very impatient (and therefore "picky"). The last thing they want is scratch their heads wondering what you are trying to convey or thinking why they should hire you. Whether or not you should be called for an interview should jump out at them.

4) Always include a "Summary of Qualifications" at the beginning of your resume where you will make your sales pitch.

5) After you are done with the first draft of your resume, take some distance and come back on it a few hours or a day later. This will give you a fresh perspective on what you wrote and will allow you to notice mistakes you may not have noticed before. If you implement the above suggestions, you will find your resume substantially improved. Good luck in your job search!

Don't Give Up On Your Day Job Just Yet!

"I will never be the victim of a scam, not me I know better." Sound familiar, I know I have said it...and I also know that I have been scammed. No one wants to believe that they are going to be scammed that only happens to fools who don't know any better. It is easier then you think to be scammed on the internet when you are looking for ways to make extra money online. You read their information, see the testimonials, they are only asking for a small monetary investment and an equally small investment of your time. They want to teach you the business, tell you they are offering something no one else is offering and if you are not completely satisfied and haven't made any money they will give you your money back. Can't beat that right? You should, with a stick and see if it still moves.

First, there is a difference between working for yourself and working for someone else on the internet. It should never cost you money to work for someone else. Did your current employer charge you a membership fee or processing fee to work for them? No, they didn't and that is no different then an online employer. There will be an investment to have your own business though.

Please, please, please realize that upfront cash is not your only monetary investment. When it comes to making extra money online, your time is even more valuable. Oh, it's only a couple hours a week, a day, maybe 20 hours a month it's not big deal. What is the payoff at the end of that week, or after two weeks, the first month? Some amount of money should be flowing in to compensate your time. Some will offer a money back guarantee, that is the money you paid to them, not for any advertising you had to do, not for any other service you had to sign up for, not for your time invested, and that is only a money back guarantee if you can find them to get it back.

Let's talk about the other services and advertising that is the gimmick with a lot of internet marketing scams out there. You buy their product, as you are going through their program you find out that you need to sign up for four other programs to make this program work. That is not included in your money back guarantee and something you should not do. There are free sites on the net to help you build any business or find work from home jobs to help you make extra money online.

I wish that there were tell tale signs to warn you of so that you don't get scammed while you are trying to work from home, but there isn't really. I can only offer you this advice. If it sounds to good to be true, then it is. Money back guarantees don't mean anything if you can't get them to give it back. You should never have to pay someone to work for them. All businesses require some start up investment. Check them out with the Better Business Bureau online. Go with your gut instinct. It is possible to make extra money online. There are just a lot of things to consider before jumping into it and leaving your day job.

Interview Tips Lowongan Kerja

Interview Questions Are you the kind of person who relies on charm? Will it work when you are sitting in front of the most important people you ever met, interviewing you for the best job you ever dreamed of.....

You need to train yourself You must achieve & develop professionalism in you that will come across in the tone of your voice, your body language, your power to impress recruiters... You can't fake these things. Recruiters are very intellegent people and no fake body language or positive thinking will impress them...

To get the job does not require you to act like oversmart to make difference between others. It only requires you to become the best candidate and to convince them that you are the best candidate. Really this worth it, no matter who you are....

Nobody will gives you any second chance for interview. First of all you should get / collect knowledge about the company, the marketplace, the competition, the products, the people involved, the financial situation and any recent press comment - otherwise you are simply ignorant. Secondly, you should get prepared for the list of intelligent questions to clarify the roles, the structures, the personalities, the strategies and the targets of the company. You should also think about the risk factors like the company's future plannings, quality of product, development, etc. These all things will impress the recruiter. It will make you confirm & go through confidently during the interview process. You may still have some nerves, but you will have the space to notice them and to deal with them, rather than being the victim of your own emotions. An interview is both a consultation and a negotiation. Your task is to find out who they want for this job and reveal yourself as that person, to discover what their issues are and to become the solution.

No matter how nervous you feel, no matter how you bluff to cover it over - only one important skill will ever give you mastery over the job interview nightmare - and that skill is to retain the power to be yourself.

You might feel nervous meeting Mr.Ambani but not about meeting the guy who deals with you for a newspaper. Our ability to remain confirm depends on some points like: how you are familiar with the situation ; which leads you to practice applying for jobs, even if you don't really want them all. Your confident performance: which leads you to get prepare yourself in every difficult possible way.I will explain you a some points you can use to manage interview stress. Practice makes man perfect!

Make notes after each experience, keeping a careful note of what was less than perfect in your manner, your impact, the quality of your replies, the impact of your questions and your knowledge. Well prepared is well performed. Wouldn't it be nice if... Knowledge is power. Power helps you relax. Relaxed makes you convincing. Convincing gets them on your side....

You should know yourself. You should have self-confident & appreciate your own value. You speak with authority in a calm voice. People listen to what you say and they nod and make eye contact that proves it. When you ask a question they take it seriously.... Imagine all this and compare it with how your typical interview goes. If you cannot see it happening then isolate the problem areas and start work on yourself.

Be polite and manage your nerves : If you look good and are well-prepared, if you know how to behave and have practiced this situation, then all you need do to manage your physical and emotional feelings is to.... calm yourself, by breathing a little more deeply and washing out your other thinkings from your mind, through your body and out into the room consciously slow your speech and deepen voice tone early in the interview.

Be prepared and stay professional : Depending on the skill of the interviewer(s) the warm up period may be just passing time and you may get some trivial but unexpected questions. As things proceed there could be any number of interviewing styles deployed and whatever happens your best strategy is to remain resolutely the professional that you are.

Get prepare answers for some common questions like "why do you like the look of this job" OR "why do you want to leave your present job" respond with questions of your own, based on the research you have done in advance, giving them a chance to talk about the company "could you clarify what you'd like to learn here" aggressive interviewers are probably just acting and looking for your response; staying clam and professional will impress them.ALWAYS stay with this truth: it is not the question that matters, nor is it you answer; it is what is behind the question and what the answer reveals about you, many interviewers trained to notice and counter these and some companies will immediately reject you.

Leave a positive final impression: While leaving the place makes a good impression for when they discuss later on. Make sure that your handshake and smile are really warm/ confident and say something admiring & positive about interview. It will summarizes the path of the interview. Maybe something such as "I am interested in your plan for the new product & strategy; I would like to join the project" This will scoring the interview to help them distinguish each candidate from others; a memorable moment or comment helps them to do that - and it.

You do not need to send 'Thank You Letters': In a world of automation and sophistication when you are dealing with trained, experienced and professional recruiters - it is dumb to believe that you will actually persuade them to select you instead of a better candidate simply because you have good manners.

Fix on some aspect of the interview itself and remind them of it in a professional way that is barely obvious at all; say something like: "I was particularly interested in the ABC project and my mind has been racing with further questions about the implications for the xyz role....Perhaps we could have a very brief discussion about the implications, by telephone if that suits you..." Once again,if you don't feel you must communicate and you are sure what to say, don't reply and just say thanks, you enjoyed the experience and you are interested.

| Lowongan Kerja | What Makes a Killer Resume?

So, you’re back at the drawing board and working on your resume again, huh? Most people struggle with writing a resume and considering the fact that most employers don’t read all the way through a resume makes it an even more daunting task. While you may be tempted to write down silly stuff because you are sure that your resume won’t be read through from start to finish, you should restrain yourself and concentrate on writing a resume that will get you the job that you want! One of the most important things to keep in mind when writing a resume is that it is simply a highlight of who you are, what you are looking for, and what qualifies you for the position that you are seeking.
You may have made the mistake of writing resumes that were more like novellas in the past, but these don’t work all that well. You want something that someone can sort of glance at, skim over, and then call you in for an interview with. If you get too wordy you may be shooting yourself in the foot as employers want to spend as little time reviewing resumes as possible.

The first thing you should do is to be sure that your name and contact information is very clear at the top of your resume. Next, you need to state a clear objective. Before mailing, handing in, or faxing a resume you should be certain that your objective relates to the job that you are applying for. Employers usually won’t give an individual a second thought if they have used an objective that simply does not apply to the position that needs to be filled. Next, you need to list your job experience starting with the most recent. Most employers are more interested in where you are now as opposed to where you have been in the past. While an employment history is important, your most recent job will be the most telling when trying to determine if you are qualified for the job.

You usually need to go back with your employment history five to 10 years, anything more than that is simply wasting paper! You can also list your education, but many employers aren’t interested in anything other than college degrees and special certifications. A killer resume is one that is straightforward, easy to read, and readily shows your qualifications for any job that you are applying for. Be sure to proof read your resume several times, as spelling and grammatical errors are a real turn off for most employers because it shows that you didn’t take the time to provide a resume that was professionally written.
