Ada ribuan jumlah wanita karir yang pintar, berpotensi dan memiliki skill tak kalah dengan pria. Tapi sayangnya hanya segelintir yang muncul di permukaan dan menduduki posisi puncak pimpinan. Apa saja kelemahan-kelemahan yang dimiliki para wanita karir? Banyak. Misalnya saja kurang mengasah jiwa kepemimpinan, tidak berani berubah, belum menetapkan tujuan jelas dalam peta karir, serta tidak ahli "menjual dirinya" agar karirnya melesat.
Sebuah seminar bertajuk V Class Female Forum 2008 digagas oleh PT Softex Indonesia, Andy's Forum, dan Binus Business School, untuk mengungkap persyaratan apa saja yang harus dimiliki para wanita karir untuk mencapai sukses. Rangkaian seminar yang akan diadakan di Jakarta dan Surabaya ini akan mengetengahkan topik yang berbeda-beda seputar bisnis dan karir. Topik yang akan diangkat antara lain Survivor Guide for Working Woman, Career Change, Leadership, Woman Going Global, Personal Branding, serta Management Coaching.
Selain topik yang menarik, para pembicara di tiap seminar adalah mereka yang ahli di bidangnya, termasuk para wanita "perkasa". Tak kurang dari Menteri Perdagangan Marie Elka Pangestu, Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani, CEO Body Shop Indonesia Suzy D Utomo, dan masih banyak lagi. Andy F Noya akan menjadi moderator pada setiap seminar.
