Responsibilities:
Performing end-to-end audit assignment, as individual contributor or
in a team, which involves among others the following tasks:
preparing audit plan and audit programs
conducting fieldwork
developing recommendation, preparing audit reports
communicating with auditee and management
following up on management actions on agreed audit recommendation.
Performing investigation on fraud
Delivering internal control training
Conducting ad hoc assignments requested by senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university. Master degree will be a
significant advantage
Possess sound audit skill, with at least 3 years working experience
with major accounting firm
Experience in life insurance industry will be strongly considered
Experience in handling fraud and investigation will be strongly considered
Candidate with CIA or CFE designation will be strongly considered
Sounds analytical and risk assessment skills
Able to deal with conflicting priorities
Capable of delivering high quality work on schedule
Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
Verbal and written communication skills in English

2. Lowongan Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities:
Be the driver behind the recruitment process
Develop recruitment strategy
Develop action plan according to recruitment strategy, meeting challenging recruitment goals
Roll out recruitment action plans in organization
Monitor recruitment process, both direct and through agent network
Ensure alignment between direct and indirect recruitment activities
Initiate and organize recruitment supporting events
Allign labour market communication with strategy
Pro actively come up with improvements for recruitment process – ensure continuous improvements
Pro actively cooperate with development and training department to align recruitment activities to development and training activities
If and when required be involved in direct recruitment activities
Contribute to the management team, with a focus on recruitment issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years working experience the majority of which in the insurance industry
Experience in agency organization in insurance
Strong recruitment and sales experience
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
Minimum educational background: Bachelor degree (S1) - Preferably overseas graduation
3. Lowongan Sales Recruitment (temporer)
Responsibilities:
To assist the line manager to prepare data base of the applicants with internal and external advertisement
To provide weekly report of the selection process
To prepare all the administration process before selection process
To conduct the psychological test and the 1st interview and analyse the result to fit the requirement base on the profile of sales forces
To assist the manager to Liaise with Regional Sales Manager as end-users of the recruitment process in arranging interviews and collecting the final results
Requirements:
Bachelor degree majoring in psychology, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in conducting psychological test and interview
Highly motivated
Willing to work on contract base (3 months)
