1. Do not seek palliatives
It is easy to cry out for band aids when under duress. This reaction is natural. Crying for help is acknowledging that you are overburdened by life. This is false. You are never overburdened. You can never be dealt a problem or challenge in life that cannot be solved by you. Seek instead to go through the fire of what you are facing. The burn that you feel is the purging that will make you an ultimate success. It is this same process that turns base metal into gold.
2. Develop your stick- to- itiveness.
It is well understood that you can survive anything if you have the right mindset. This quality of stick- to- itness is available to all. Few use it or even know they can develop it. You will become a total success and triumphant in all you undertake if you have this quality.
3. Set little goals and accomplish them.
Set little goals within your long term goals and accomplish them. This will work up your self esteem. It is very important not to consider yourself a failure in life. The little successes you create for yourself will create this mindset of success. It will pull you through when all seems hopeless.
4. Face your negative emotions.
The fuel of your life is your emotion.There are a whole range of them. Fuel your actions with the right moods. If you feel despair in your life do not runaway from it. Face it,cry if you must. A dream is like a battle front. To win you have to go into combat mode. To go into combat mode you have to be ready for the ultimate sacrifice.
