Your Success, Your Choice
By Suela Qemal
Have you ever wondered what differentiates individuals who greatly succeed in life and live their dreams and those who just survive?
Why have Warren Buffet, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey and so many others achieved such massive global success, wealth and life fulfillment?
What differentiate the above individuals from the masses is that they have:
1. Defined what Success means to them (this could be very different for different individuals)
2. Developed a Mindset for Success
3. Took massive actions towards achieving their defined Success
Is Something or Someone Stopping You From Achieving YOUR Defined Success?
Maybe you are stopping yourself... YOU is the only person you are able to control. Defining YOUR Success is the first and the most important step. Your definition of success needs to be the right for you, and that is the important part, right for you not your parents, your partner, your children, your friends, but YOU. The definition should be something that would make you happy when you achieve it, because as you develop your Mindset to Success and take massive actions you will achieve Your Success it is just the mater of time.
People who create true success and achieve their dreams usually stay focused on their goal for years. They don't stop and start, instead they drive forward consistently until they have build momentum and then made their dreams a reality.
What steps should you take to achieve success?
Think BIG. Have a clear definition of what success means to YOU. Motivation is not enough, long after initial motivation has worn off, your unconscious habits, beliefs, past experiences and associations will either support or sabotage the pursuit of your goal.
The key is to take control of the most important asset you have - your mind. History has shown us that while economic meltdowns have occurred in the past and a large proportion of people have lost most of their fortunes, there has always been a small group that have became millionaires and even billionaires. The way they have done this is by evaluating the situation and seeing opportunities while others see problems. You get what you focus on.
When your subconscious mind is fully aligned with your conscious mind in the path of achieving your goals, you become unstoppable. The difference between highly successful people and those who struggle is their mindset and the way they think and act.
To YOUR Success. It is YOUR Choice.
See you in the Success Circle.

Success Minded People Have a Big Dream
By Margaret Staniucha
Have you ever wondered why most of people are not succeeding in their profession? It is proven that only 5% of the population is "Reaching Higher Mountains" in live. Is that because they are smarter than others or more intelligent? Or maybe they have extra IQ gen in their bodies, Sixth Sense, perhaps?
In fact they are the same as every human on planet. They have one head, two legs, two arms and middle part - check! All parts in normal order.
So, why they are so different than most?
The difference between these special 5% and usual 95% of population is that they THINK DIFFERENT.
They are people with "build-in" success story. As soon as they can talk they already know what they want, they are willing to risk, gets hands dirty or simple work until is done to have what they want and they never have excuses for not succeeding. Success minded people have a big dream; big goals and they always look for opportunity to achieve this.
I know. Everyone wants to be wealthy, happy and have a lot of time to spend with someone they love at most. But what do they do about it? Can we call them "Life Losers" or just "Unfortunate 95%"? I suppose we could say a bit of both. Some of them have gone to schools and had been given a good start in life but they did not bother to do much because is convenience not to get sweat or simile to customers, go this "Extra Mile" at work to prove how much they are worth. They prefer to be just "Average ". For some there is no escape. They're locked in like a sheep in the cage, born in poverty and thinking "there is no way out" or "have to wait for others to come and help". There is always way out!
Are you just "Everyone"? Are you like a sheep follow the masses? Are your dreams worth fighting for? I don't know. ..Do You?

Transitions Can Serve You!
By Lisa Nicole Bell
I touched on this a few days ago when I was discussing the way adversity will introduce you to yourself. Character, integrity, and truth will all become crystal clear upon your entry into a life storm. Hardship reveals your inner workings.
So, the beauty of the above statement is that it doesn't say hardship or adversity...it says TRANSITION. I love that because the things we perceive as hardships are usually just TRANSITIONS...in spite of our desire to cling to the familiar and the comfortable, our transitions are usually good for us. They help us grow, and they teach us valuable lessons about life.
Beyond learning new things about who you really are, you'll gain a new understanding of where you should be and where you want to be. Perhaps your transition was painful and you want to avoid transitions like it in the future, you can take that experience, sort out the lessons, and throw away the pain & guilt. In doing so, you give yourself permission to move on from the transition by owning the future - the spotless new path waiting for you to apply all that you've learned.
Of course, change is inevitable but growth is a choice. So, we must remember that with every turn and every fork in the road of our lives, we have complete control over our futures. I've often heard people who've just been through a trying time say, "It feels like my life is out of control." The opposite is true. During those times of chaos and confusion, we have a tremendous amount of control. Our decision to have a positive attitude and to find facilitative ways to deal with our emotions is a choice that will lend itself to healing and to the use of our experience to our advantage. In reflection, we often see situations that have occurred that we deemed to be harmful or useless at the time, which later revealed themselves to be the beginnings of some of the most wonderful blessings we've ever received.
Lemon, alone, is sour and bitter. But add water and sugar and you have a tasty cup of lemonade. Know that your transition, while sour and bitter, is a key ingredient in your lemonade. You are the water - the main ingredient, and your attitude is the sugar that makes the lemonade worth drinking.
So, today, I encourage you to find ways to appreciate your transitions. Make a list of the GOOD things that have come out of your perceived hardships, and begin to use those things to your advantage. Make a conscious decision to maintain a positive and healthy attitude in spite of your circumstances. In doing so, your circumstances will slowly shape themselves into favorable ones.
