1. Lowongan Kerja:Distribution Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Duties:
Maintain current knowledge of customs regulations, tariff
classification, duty drawbacks and other regulations
Manage 3rd party freight forwarders and distribution center to ensure
regulatory compliance, documents preparation and dispatch, operations
management.
Provides traffic support for expedited inbound/outbound activities
for Singapore, Belgium, China and Bandung.
To create, own, maintain and distribute shipping profile for outbound
shipment from Singapore, Belgium, China and Bandung.
Monitoring inventory variances, and perform cycle count and/or
physical inventory periodically to maintain the accuracy of
inventory.
Track and Trace Inbound and Outbound shipment out of Singapore.
Verify and approve monthly invoice from Distribution Center, and
outbound shipments, and conducts cost analysis regularly.
Maintain cross-functional communication out of Bandung with multiple
level of people in entire organization.
Find solutions to clients' enquiries and problems.
Requirements:
S1, preferably in Economic/Management .
5 to 10 years experience controlling distribution, preferably worked
in International environment.
Can do multi tasking job, can work under pressure and result
oriented.
Good leadership, coaching and presentation skills.
Good reporting skill as well as ability to solve problem.
He/she must have a good command of English, both oral & written, good
communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of
business. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
Good in operating all MS Office Software.
2. Lowongan Kerja:Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Duties:
Provide helpdesk and customer service support to customers.
Perform call management, problem isolation & problem solving faced by
customers over the telephone, by email and by live chat.
Escalation of problem in a promptly manner.
Perform operational tasks such as call follow-up with customers or
related officers.
Advise customers on delivery schedules.
Provides pre & post sales support for Sales & Marketing division.
Responsible for orders processing for both Sales & Marketing
division.
Responsible for logistics support for both Sales & Marketing
division.
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Prepare sales quotations, business reports & presentations.
Maintaining and updating customer database.
Requirements:
Minimum S1,
Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
Min. 5 years of related working experience
Can do multi tasking job, can work under pressure and result
oriented.
