The tasks of Capacity Building Specialist will be as follows:
a. Assist the Knowledge Management Coordinator on matters related the capacity building and learning aspects;
b. Assist in the preparation of needs assessment on the capacity building program to ensure an effective and efficient delivery of project substance and materials;
c. Review of learning strategy, learning material, training and other methods of learning;
d. Assist in the delivery of learning activities, preparation of materials/ modules and review of pre-test and post test result;
e. Identify lessons learned from various project programs;
f. Assist with the procurement process for the delivery of learning program; and
g. Support the Communication Specialist in conducting strategic campaign.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The Capacity Building Specialist is expected to possess the following task specific experience and capabilities:
a. Bachelor (S1) degree in Education, Psychology, Social Science or Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience; an additional master's degree (S-2) in relevant field will be an advantage;
b. at least 1 years experience in public sector projects;
c. Good general knowledge of Indonesia's government structure;
d. Sound English language capability (written and spoken) and reporting writing skills;
e. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and to operate effectively in a team environment.
