Demanding Lifestyle - Identify Your Needs

Demanding Lifestyle - Identify Your Needs
By Sandra Farrugia
We all have the same problem, never enough time in the day to do everything we want to do, or think we need to do. The result is stress, anxiety and not a happy life work. So it is vital that you do the most important thing first. This means use the time in business and in personal life to the best balance you can get.

Success comes by using time wisely.Stay focused and don't stress, this just makes things more difficult and less easy to control. Don't waste time trying to get things exact, we are not perfect neither are we machines. Trying to get things just so does not in the end make much difference to the outcome. Things will go wrong we are human, but don't fret take a step back, or take a break, put it behind you refresh and come back to it and start again.

It is amazing how it comes together then as you are unlikely to be stressed which blocks your mind. I found that working from home made me see that discipline was very important. It was ll too easy to let time slip and get to the end of the day having achieved very little and then stressing about it. So my office was my work and once I left it that was my leisure home and family time. Something I had to get used to when going to my office was just crossing the corridor.

Make a daily method of operation for the following day. Plan what you need to do first, priorities the important jobs. Set your goals write them down. Come into the office and see at a glance exactly what you need to do today and in what order. Makes for a much simpler less stressful life. You soon get into the swing of it and things start to run much more smoothly. If you don't get something done, it is not going to harm you.

Do it later.Too much emphasis is on this rush everything, stick to a strict deadline. Life is too short for all this stress. Nothing should be so important that is makes life unhappy.

I was three weeks into retirement when I knew it was not for me. I needed to have challenges and keep busy and keep the old brain matter working. So I started my own businesses from home training people and changing their lives. I have four grown up children three of whom live abroad so this free's me to visit them whenever I want. Best thing I ever did and cannot imagine why I spent all those years working in environments where you are told what your earnings will be and when you can take your holidays. I love what I do and have met some wonderful people and I am in control of my life for the first time. The future looks great and I wake with a smile on my face every morning. Just what we need to do in life.

Changing Core Beliefs
By P Clough
Recently, well over the last couple of months, I have been going to a great gym. Well not exactly a gym but a place called Core Cambridge where I am being helped to regain core stability and a better structure~ regain my way of standing and moving in alignment.

Well bully for you I hear a murmuring! What's this got to do with what you do here? I began to compare this with our beliefs. How well are we aligned to who we really are? Do our beliefs support us in the world today and where we want to be? ~ Our standing in our world?

Like core stability is our physical foundation, our core beliefs are our psychological/mental foundation and over time get set in old ways, old patterns. Before I would go to a chiropractor once a month and be regularly pulled and pushed into some sort of alignment. And as usual it felt nearly great and a little sore. But after a week or so I seemed to be pulled back into old my way with little aches and niggles. Back into that familiar pattern, and while being familiar was not that comfortable. How similar is this to trying to change old beliefs and patterns when we are forced to change without being truly aligned with our unconscious intentions and purpose.

To regain my physical core stability I first had to find what I was doing now with my body and what I wanted to achieve, and be, physically. Then over time I have been stretched and my muscles retrained to fire in a new/old way. To let go of my posture as it is, having being shaped by moving and sitting in ways that create pressure and misalignment. I just hadn't noticed over time how much this had affected me. Initially these new movements seem strange, even uncomfortable yet within a short period of time I began to feel freer (not a proper word but you know what I mean), lighter and to move with more purpose.

How similar this is to changing our old limiting beliefs with the corresponding results. The skills needed to identify the core beliefs that really support us and those that are no longer appropriate and finding new beliefs that empower us to be in alignment with our true purpose are not hard to learn. In fact I have found through NLP, Time Line Therapy and hypnosis this can be a gentle process with no need of drama or reliving of traumatic events. I always am uplifted either when working with a client or in one of our trainings when that 'A Ha' moment shows itself and see that potential is uncovered and begins to shine. It's such a shame that some people believe they cannot change and because of that belief they do not look for a way to make things the way they want them and only find evidence that confirms that too. The Law of Attraction in action but that's another subject.

I wonder sometimes if you have any beliefs that you notice now that really don't support you and what your potential would realise if you changed them to support what you want and can achieve if you did. If you were to believe in you...Do You? What would happen if you did? and if you had my belief that you can believe anything you want to believe in, what will you or could you achieve and enjoy.

One Trick That Will Give You Unlimited Power and Resources
By George Hutton
Have you ever had one of those days where everybody just gets in your way? It's like the world had a secret meeting while you were getting ready to go out, and conspired to make your life as frustrating and confounding as possible. That guy who slowed down for the yellow light in front of you when you were sure you could make it. That woman in front of you at the supermarket who waited until every last one of her items was scanned before she made move to dig the exact amount of change out of her purse. Or how about that neighbor of yours that is always looking at you funny, like they are secretly judging you for some unknown reason?

Well, you can release all of your frustrations because there is a secret way to dispose of those people without anybody knowing. Just kidding. There is a way, however, that you can use to turn your frustrations against themselves, allowing you to release your energies for more beneficial pursuits. Like making more money, or having more sex. Or art, or something.

Once you master this technique, you will notice that these annoying people will mysteriously disappear. Not really disappear, but they won't bother you anymore, making it only seem like they disappear.

The theory (or hallucination, whichever you prefer) behind this technique is that everybody you see, is really a reflection of you. And when somebody else hits your hot buttons, it is because they remind you of you, on some level. And the part of you that they remind you of is part of you that you don't like. And because they are reminding you of the part of you that you don't like, you shift the blame onto them, which allows you to protect your ego. Kind of like a mind shell game, one that operates so fast that it is largely outside of your conscious awareness.

Here's how you do it. Basically there are three steps. The first step is to find somebody you'd like to strangle, and ask yourself why they are such a horrible person. For example, "I hate that person because they are slow and cheap." (The lady at the supermarket). Please remember that it's important to NOT kill them, because then you'd go to jail. And I'm pretty sure you can't get the Internet in jail, which means you wouldn't be able to read the rest of my helpful articles.

The next step is to flip the statement, and apply it to yourself. For example, "I hate myself because I am slow and cheap." This might be hard, so you can try saying it a few different ways, until it sinks in. Be aware of some feelings of resentment and hurt that might come up, that's ok. It means you are a normal person with normal feelings.

The next, powerful, step is to take out the "I hate myself.." part, and add on "And I completely accept it." So the example is now "I am slow and cheap and I accept that." You might need to say this a few times for it to sink it. Remember to really accept yourself as you say this. If it helps, change the words around to "I accept you" and imagine your are talking to your four or five year old self.

This simple three-step trick can do wonders for your stress levels. The more you practice, the less people will get on your nerves. And when you begin to realize that the world is filled with resources instead of obstacles, you will be amazed at the cool stuff that will come out of nowhere, ready to give you pleasure.
