Do You Have Passion?
By Melissa Watts
Listen I bet many of you Online Network Marketers, MLM'rs, and other entrepreneurs have been told that you have to be passionate about what you want. That is if you have the right mentor.
I what I am trying to convey is that once you decide what you want you MUST feel the passion about the thing you want. That Passion is going to make that "thing" become real.
No matter what business you are in, what system you decide to follow, or which mentor you select, it will not amount to a pile of beans if you don't have passion for the "thing" you want. If you want a better life, a nicer car, a bigger bank account, more free time, more time to travel, time/money to home school your children. Whatever it is that you want, your passion will propel you to meet your or exceed your goals.
It's not about being able or not being able. Because EVERYONE is capable of having passion. Its really about getting you thoughts and feelings in line with what it is that you want, and avoiding negativity

Is Chaos and Clutter Affecting Your Health - A Step-by-Step Process For a Healthier Life
By Judith Blazer
Did you know that 80% of our medical bills are linked to stress-related issues? On average, we spend 55 minutes a day searching for things we know we have but can't find. Clutter jangles our nerves and wastes valuable psychological and physical energy. Emotional and physical well being starts with peace of mind. To reduce stress and enjoy a state of comfort and ease, it's essential to live surrounded by things we love, free of chaos and clutter. Here are some ideas to help you start on the road to better health and balance in your life
1. Define your style. Put harmony into your home by identifying your personal taste. Select things you enjoy looking at and display them in a way that is pleasing to you. Express yourself with color, texture and objects. Allow yourself to discover and experiment until you find the focus you are looking for and then build from there. There are no "right" answers for this process. What you chose is a matter of preference or desire. Indulge yourself in the process.
TIP: Some libraries have a free recycle magazine sections that you can use to get home decorating ideas from. You can also visit your local bookstore to browse their selection and find articles of interest. Get a spiral notebook to cut and paste pictures that help you imagine and create the style you're interest in.
TIP: Involve your family, partner or roommate in this activity. It can be a relationship builder when you actively share favorite ideas for co-creating a space together.
TIP: You can keep the memory and connection with loved ones while letting go of inherited or sentimental objects that you no longer want or match your style. Some clients take pictures of these items, placing them in a photo album before selling or giving them to other family members.
2. Systematically remove clutter from every room. Comfort and clutter are like oil and water. Removing clutter reduces stress. This is a process that takes time, commitment and consistent action.
TIP: Try boxing up half the items in your linen closet, china cabinet or garage. Work with the remaining items until you have them under control. Gradually bring the stored items out for sorting, one box at a time.
3. Set up systems of support that fit your personality and enhance your productivity. It's not about getting organized, it's about being organized so all your possessions have a specific location and you can find them easily. Be patient with yourself and the process.
TIP: To keep from being overwhelmed, pick a small area-a drawer, a corner, a shelf-set the timer for 15 minutes.
By chunking down clutter a little at a time, you'll feel more energized as you gain control of your space.
4. Design a life of balance, making sure you're at the center. Keep exercise, fun, relaxation and learning in mind. These build harmony and confidence and will affect everything else you do. You will feel more vigor, be more efficient, engage in rest and play with new meaning and purpose.
TIP: Schedule time for a walk, a picnic with your family, a massage, a yoga class the way you would a business meeting or company seminar. Put it on your calendar and make it inviolate.
5. Reap the Rewards. Recognize your successes, large and small. Each step you take toward your goal of a life by design is reason to celebrate.
TIP: Reward yourself. Decide in advance what your prize will be when you finish cleaning out the garage, the pantry, the glove compartment in your car. The bigger the job, the bigger the reward. You'll be amazed at how fun this can be.
Spring is the season for new growth. Make it a time for reducing clutter so you can increase your health and peace of mind. Create harmony in your life by enhancing your surroundings and setting up systems that allow you more freedom for fun, relaxation, time with family and friends.
