Options - The Key to Cosmic Life

Options - The Key to Cosmic Life
By Paula Andrea Pyle
Life is filled with countless possibilities. (Options) A magnitude of multicolored, multifaceted, variegated paths are available at all times for your personal artistic exploration. You have not been left out! You have simply allowed yourself to become fenced in by what appears to be 'conflicting' boundaries. Because you chose to pursue a limiting train of thought, your life has provided you with the material to build that bridge of oppression. Nothing that you are currently surrounded by or living with has been "Put upon you." Those things that you think are the most suppressive are in fact the numerous runways for your inevitable take-off. Stop repeating to yourself how you want to fly, when you won't even change your hairstyle, try something new fashion, dine out in an unfamiliar restaurant, and indulge yourself in great uninhibited sex. The hindrances and obstacles you maintain you have 'to put up with' are no more than the pre-fabricated pessimistic ideas you alone have invented. No other person is responsible for your limiting expression of life. There's more than one runway on the air field.

You are not in a knowledgeable enough position to evaluate properly your current circumstance. (For no other reason than the fact that you are on the same level with that person). Did you perceive yourself as something entirely different? Not so. You vibrate to what you are and have need of at the time. He/she is miserably displaying what you in actuality are afraid to admit, voice or experience. Fear is the culprit. Nothing other than the face of your oppressor is tauntingly grand staging a side of you; you don't want to look at. You say you're sick and tired of the same old rut. You want some real fantasy, excitement, romance interjected. NOW! You yearn to sing, dance, draw, create, laugh enjoy sex more and differently instead of moaning and groaning about what's wrong. You feel yourself getting old fast. You feel tired, run down and plain out lousy. And, you say it's not your fault. Not true. It's irrevocably your fault. You want this. You need this. You love this. You would or could not have it any other way at the moment.

In fact, instead of pursuing the aims of your innermost earnest desires, you feed the flame of your despair. (A lot of drama involved in being so 'special') You like drama. In order to play out and survive this deceptively blatant picture you have drawn by your own hand, (including the ill-conceived thoughts conjured up by you) you must step back or up and without being emotionally attached to your self-created dilemma, laugh. That's right! Laugh. Laugh uproariously in the midst of your seemingly prolonged agony. Change the channels. Shock yourself. Do something utterly opposite from what you would normally do. Eat half the chocolate cake. Go ahead. Can't do that? Well of course you can. You do! You just do it in an inobvious way by venting in directions that are not so easily detectable. Listen to how many times you use the word "I" in the run of a day. You are feeling deliberating threatened and abandoned. But, it's not the other who has crafted this so-called hurtful ordeal; it's you.

You have allowed yourself to perceive the condition as one of being 'imprisoned'. As if there is nothing you can do about it, ha! What a joke. The so-called prison (inescapable) part of any good movie is the best part, right? (How about the ingenuous creative ways those prisoners invent to survive and thrive?) Remember: Shaw Shank Redemption? Who doesn't sit glued to his/her seat watching and waiting to see how the prisoner will set himself free? No worthy or enlightened prisoner remains locked up unless it is conducive and productive for his particular plight. That's how the story goes down. For you, the hard part will be to believe that you are only temporarily restrained for reasons beyond your control. As long as you continue to mentally 'rip and rare' over your situation, nothing will improve or change.

Things happen all the time that you have no way of knowing why they occurred. It is not the time or occasion for you to know. And, anyway IF you were afforded such detailed privileged information, what would that do but add to your already overtaxed mind.? You've surely got enough on your plate without adding more. You have convinced yourself that you are miserable and unhappy. Not so! But, for the time being, you don't want to alter your set-up. That's right. You are perfectly content with being unsettled. Now, here's the clincher.

You are as happy as you will ever be. Nothing on the outside of you can change that fact. Nothing will alter your state of mind. It's all on the inside. Did you forget? You are simply bored, restless and plain out undecided. That's perfectly alright, too. Everything is all right. Stop thinking something is coming down the road that is better or more. The train has done come, sister. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Breathe all the way through to the back of your head down to your toes where all sensations are registered. IF you inhaled strongly enough, you will be surprised with what you smell. (Surprisingly, nothing in the vicinity of your present surroundings.) You will smell the scent of the divine operating in you. You don't have to go anywhere. You are carrying the sacred essence. Express it. What did you smell? Be specific. It is your clue. Listen to the very next song on the radio or commercial on the television. What is it?

A ferocious lion caught in a net cannot free himself. Neither can you, nor do you want to. Stop with your ridiculous roaring. "Ain't nobody scared of you!" All you really are accomplishing is exhaustion, confusion and depression. Can't you invent a more dazzling way to spend your time and entertain your people? What appeals to you? What do you consider sexy and enjoyable? What could you NEVER imagine yourself doing? Do that first. One of the viable possibilities afforded to you is to stop participating in the mind game of inwardly sulking over every issue that is brought up. You DON'T really care; why do you carry on like you do? Go along with it. Change your present mindset. Treat your life as an unknown spontaneous adventure. Belly up. Pierce it, if need be.

Motivation Advice - 3 Things to Avoid, 3 Things to Do
By Anthony D Carter
"The best motivating is self-motivating.The guy says,"I wish someone would come by and turn me on."What if they don't show up? You've got to have a better plan for your life. " - Jim Rohn

3 Things To Avoid

Negative People - Negative people will sap your energy and excitement quicker than almost anything else. When you choose to go after a goal do not tell anyone who does not support you. Negative people will bombard you with reasons why you cannot do what you are attempting to do.This drains your motivation.

Complaining - When you complain it shows that your attention is on the wrong target. You are looking at what is wrong with your situation rather than what is right. With every complaint you are voicing your displeasure about what you see.

Weak Goals - Weak goals bring weak results. If the goal is weak then the efforts to obtain it are weak as well. It is hard to get motivated to hit a goal that is simply nice to have. It doesn't drive you to act because you could be just as content if you did not achieve it.

What to Do

Associate With Positive, Supportive People - Spend time around people who are goal achievers themselves. Associate with people who believe in you. Listen to people who inspire you by their own achievements. When you are around these type of people you get inspiration. You feel motivated. You want to achieve your goals because of the proper example that these successful people have set.

Express Gratitude - Be thankful. When you are thankful you display a capacity to receive more. And since you usually get what you think about you can expect to manifest more abundance in your life. When you focus on what is good in your life and what is going right in your live you continue to get more of the same.

Have Big Objectives - Make no small plans. Set big goals. Set goals that stretch you. In this way you change for the better. A big goal will motivate you to do things that you never dreamed you could do. When you are driven by big goals they cause you to improve as a person. Your self confidence rises. With each new goal you find it easier to step out and do what it takes to accomplish it.

7 Tips For Boosting Motivation
By Anthony D Carter
When your motivation is low it seems like you are stuck in neutral. Your productivity suffers and the pressure mounts for you to do what you know you should be doing. Here are 7 tips for boosting your motivation levels.

1)Focus- Put your focus on what you want instead of the obstacles that stand in the way of you getting it. Stewing over the tasks in front of you only makes them bigger and more difficult to accomplish. When you focus on what you want you are more willing to do whatever it takes to get it. If the dream is strong enough you will be more than willing to pay the price. You will be happy to do the work because you know the results will give you what you desire.

2)Plan- Break your work down into small manageable steps. Put them in order. Arrange them so that the most important tasks are first in priority and the least important ones are last. Do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. Don't be tempted to look ahead or skip any of the steps that you have outlined for yourself in your plan. As you strike each completed task from your list you will be energized and motivated to take on the next one.

3)Fun- Have fun with your work. Celebrate your successes along the way. Do not fret over failures. Learn from them and move on. Make it a game. Each time you take the proper action you win.

4)Visualize- Visualize what you want. See it in vivid detail even before you physically have it. See what you want as being attainable. Realize that each time you act by taking the proper steps then you get closer to getting what you want. Take action with the vision of what you want firmly placed in your mind. Connect the attainment of your dream with the amount of action you take. When you know that obtaining of your desire corresponds with the amount of work that you do you will be compelled to take more action.

5)Move- Get into action. Inertia kills motivation whereas taking the proper action feeds it. You gain momentum by doing what you know you should do. Each time you apply the proper work habits you gain confidence. You also increase your skill level through the application of trial and error. Experiencing improvement is a great motivator. But in order to see improvement you have to start.

6)Change- Switch things up. Change your approach. Take a good look at what you have already done. If you are not getting the results you want then you are probably experiencing some level of disappointment or frustration. These emotions cause you to be less motivated. You can turn things around and boost your motivation by examining what is not working and changing your approach.

7)Believe- "Whether you believe you can or you believe can't you're right." Henry Ford said that. This mindset also applies to motivation. You need to believe you can do what needs to be done. You need to believe it so strongly that you are compelled to take the necessary actions. Increase your belief by revisiting your dream and recommitting to your plan.

5 Keys to High Motivation
By Anthony D Carter
Being consistently motivated helps you to hit your goals. When you are not excited about doing what needs to be done then the tendency is to do nothing. Here are 5 keys to having high motivation.

Remember what you want. It is easy to forget what you are working for when the going gets hard. During difficult times it is imperative that you continue recalling your reason for setting your goal. If you recreate the excitement about obtaining your aspiration then your motivation will return to a high level.

Learn about people who have done it. Read about people who have successfully accomplished what you are attempting to do. Their stories provide you with inspiration. Inspiration is the key to possessing a high degree of motivation. Other peoples success stories make you feel like you can experience the same level of success as they have.

Maintain consistent work habits. Consistency keeps you emotionally stable. As long as you do something every single day you immunize yourself against procrastination. Once good work habits are developed it is almost impossible to stop doing them. Established habits form their own type of motivation. You are motivated to continue staying on a roll. When you develop the habit of being consistent you want to keep on being consistent.

Come back strong. When you meet with failure bounce back. Rebound from failure knowing that you are wiser from having experienced the setback. Use what you learn from mistakes to do better the next time. Get excited about the added measure of wisdom gained. Let it drive you to want to try again.

Be happy. Stay cheerful about being in the hunt for accomplishing your goal. You determine your happiness by controlling what you focus on. Dwell on where you are going. Get excited about what you expect to get from your efforts. Regardless of what you experience along the way keep your mind focused on your desired outcome. This keeps you motivated and determined to do what it takes to get what you want.
